February 21, 2017 Board Meeting Agenda Item #13 Title APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT #6 TO ARCHITECT'S CONTRACT FOR THE SUNCOAST TECHNICAL COLLEGE SOUTH CAMPUS Description The scope of work for this amendment is to provide additional design services for the modifications to the documents requested by the City of North Port Fire Department, re-design of Building #02 Industrial Labs and modify the equipment and piping to change from LP gas to Natural Gas. The total amount for these changes shall not exceed $21,410.00. These funds are available through the project budget. Recommendation That Amendment #6 to the Agreement dated February 21, 2017, with Schenkel & Shultz, Inc., for the Suncoast Technical College South Campus be approved as presented.
